I have a client that’s looking to replace his But a key thing is that he wants to keep the data already entered in quickbooks. From what I’ve read, the data won’t be upgradeded directly in the version. From what I found, You have to install trial versions of older editions, import the data let it upgrade to that newer version then repeat through the years. But I’m thinking I need older ones likely can’t go from direct to but can’t find them.

I can’t post on quickbooks forums because you have to make a purchase before you can post. Quickbooks is subscription only, so that is an absolute NO for me. That doesn’t work if you want online services like bank account or credit card connections.

On the companies where I had figured that out, it was a bit late to go back to one previous to as I didn’t have the time to reenter the transactions.
