If the device is running Windows 10 Pro, adding users is similar to the way it was in previous versions of Windows. On the contrary, if the device is running Windows 10 Home, it is much more challenging to create additional local user accounts as it is not an option in the users portion of settings.

I have recently been having issue starting windows apps like Store, Calculator, Photos etc. After researching online many advise creating a new use account and use that instead. However, what i did was I enabled the hidden “Administrator” account, use that to delete my “corrupted” user account, and now when I try to create a new account, I get a “This snapin may not be used with this edition of Windows So now I’m stuck with no real user account on this machine except the built-in administrator account, which I don’t want to use.
